At the 14 Forty bar, our drinks were $6.50 (quite reasonable, I thought). We had a drink and learned it was Happy Hour (with 2 for 1 drinks). They were set up about half way between the levels. There was a live band playing VERY loudly in the atrium-like center of the two story casino. The weather was mild and dry the day we visited, so I don't know what they do when it is cold (do they have heaters?) or when the rain is blowing sideways.
But smokers can go out on several balconies and use the few slot machines out there. The best thing is that the casino is smoke free. The casino is very bright, and has nice chandeliers. We checked out the new Horseshoe Casino during a recent trip to Baltimore.
